4. I RECEIVED MY ORDER BUT IT WAS INCORRECT/DAMAGED. WHAT ARE MY OPTIONS?

5. CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

Once an order is entered into our system, a customer service agent may or may not be able to cancel your order. Please call  for more information.  Please note that custom gear is final sale. Once submitted, items cannot be edited or canceled.

6. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY RETURN TO PROCESS?


Please send all returns via a prepaid, insured, traceable method to ensure a safe and documented delivery.Once we have received your package at out fulfillment center please allow us 3-5 business days to get your return processed. If you would like a different item, please place a new order directly on the website.
